SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING ART, MIRRORS, LAMPS AND ACCESSORIES
We use recycled boxes when possible;
Items shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx will be covered up to their maximum value as per each shipper's guidelines;
We ship in as timely a manner as possible; all items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase;
Delivery confirmation is included with each shipment.
Local Pick-up: If you live in the Charlotte or surrounding area, you may pick up your purchase at the studio. Please contact the shop to arrange a pick-up time outside of normal studio hours.
Local Delivery: If you live in the Charlotte or surrounding area, we work with Make A Move for delivery of large items.
Combined Shipping: We are more than happy to combine shipping. If you are purchasing two or more items, please contact us to adjust the shipping cost accordingly.
We work with several carriers to provide white glove delivery for items that are fragile, heavy, large, oddly shaped or that need extra care. Carriers will provide blanket wrap - meaning they wrap the item in blankets and handle with extra care.
We recommend Plycon, BGX Couriers, Craters & Freighters, and White Owl Logistics for shipping (links below for quotes). We are also happy to work with your preferred shipping company. Our zip code for shipping quotes is 28204. Please note that depending on your location and the destination of the item delivery can vary between 10-20 business days after orders are placed.
When using your own arranged shipping method please review their policies and purchase additional insurance if necessary. While we are diligent in protecting your purchases for shipment; however, if damage occurs while being picked up or during shipping, it is the responsibility of the buyer and shipper used.
PLEASE NOTE: After your online purchase, we will send you an invoice for shipping cost unless you have made other arrangements.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All items listed are vintage pieces that have been professionally painted, refinished or reupholstered and are purchased as-is. Buyer acknowledges that as with any vintage item, there will be imperfections and minor flaws - there are no refunds or exchanges. Should you have any reservations about an item, feel free to ask questions or request additional pictures before purchasing.
